This is a used Coach tote in good used condition. As you will see from the photos, there are a few small flaws due to previous use but this totebag is still in nice condition and if properly cared for it can be enjoyed for many years to come. This is perfect for those wishing to obtain a nice inexpensive Coach tote at a fraction of the original retail cost. This tote would be great for trips to the pool or beach, to carry books for high school or college, or it is even large enough that it would make a super diaper bag. The price is just right and the possibilities are endless!

NOTICEABLE FLAWS:

There are scratches in the leather (none appear to be extremely deep gouges, but they are visible as shown in photos), the interior has ink marking from pen (also shown in photos). The exterior fabric has a few small stains from use - nothing too extreme or really dark, and these may possibly come out with a little clean-up (see photos). We are not professionals in the business of handbag cleaning or restoring, so we do not want to risk damaging the item by attempting to clean it up or alter it in any fashion. We generally sell our used items exactly as we received them and do our best to explain any noteable flaws in great detail so that you know what to expect when you receive it. In the event that we miss something in our description of this item, please note that we do accept returns for items that we have described incorrectly.

Books and other media items are typically shipped via USPS Media Mail, which is usually highly dependable but can take several weeks for delivery to reach you. Expedited shipping methods are available (at buyer's expense). Our non-media related items are normally shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This option allows our customers to receive their new treasures quickly, so that if there happens to be any problems or concerns with an order they can be handled in a timely manner.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date provided to us by USPS Delivery Confirmation. Items returned must be the exact item, in original condition as sent with all tags or other accessories still attached (if applicable), and sent in appropriate packaging in order to qualify for refund (minus S&H). We package our items very carefully when preparing them for shipment, and do expect the same courtesy when we receive an item that has been returned to us. We will not accept returns that have been shipped in an envelope (bubble-lined or otherwise). All returns will be inspected thoroughly and may be subject to professional inspection to avoid fraudulent claims and to determine that the returned item is the authentic item we originally sent.

Full refunds (including S&H in both directions) will apply only in the event that we have misrepresented an item in our listing.
