I expect payment within 7 days of close of auction. I accept paypal , checks , and money orders. Personal checks are held 10 days to clear. Echecks are shipped when paypal notifies me that it has cleared.
I ship daily Monday through Friday. I try to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please email me if you need something immediately. I can sometimes ship the same day or within a couple of hours of payment (if emailed ahead of time). Tracking: I try and put all tracking information in paypal as soon as i possibly can but sometimes there is a delay. These can be found by logging into paypal and clicking on the link near your payment that says track. Even if you do not receive tracking number immediately, be assured that i have shipped out your item . I have been a shipping manager for several years so know the ins and outs of shipping to international, military bases, as well as regular residences and businesses. I mostly ship via UPS and USPS however i can also ship DHL and FEDEX. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND insurance on all your items. NON insured items are mailed at your own risk. Please remember USPS only will cover your item if it is insured. The majority of USPS packages arrive safely. However, USPS is known for misdeliveries (the most common), lost packages, and damaged packages. I cannot be responsible for what the postal workers do with your package once it leaves my location though most of my items are shipped in bubble bags and packaged well.
Coach items: Coach items are all sold NEW with tags unless otherwise specified. ALL purses have the serial number as well as the coach creed. They all come with gift receipts or i can also provide the original receipt. Coach items can be returned to Coach stores or to Coach directly. All COACH items in my store and in my auctions are all purchased directly from coach. Brighton items: Brighton items are non returnable but are guaranteed authentic and are purchased from Brighton. Victoria's Secret: All my items are purchased directly at Victoria's Secret by myself. they are all guaranteed Authentic. Hannah Montana: All Hannah Montana items are purchased directly at retail stores in the US by myself. NONE of them are imitations or fakes. All are Hannah Montana brand and are all licensed products. All other items: I will specify any warranty that any of my other items have from the manufacturer in the description.
