The shawl collar and closed seams on this 3/4 length genuine shearling coat gives it a more polished look for those looking for a bit of a dressier, yet everyday coat. And you get it in the soft and buttery Spanish Merino skins which really gives it a touch of elegance. Turn the collar up and button all the way up to keep you warm and toasty on even the coldest days. Whether you are enjoying some fun in the snow, taking the dog for a walk or running errands, this coat will look great. It has a 4 button closure and side slit pockets. Please note that this coat is also very popular in a full-length version. Made in the USA
Custom-Made – Handcrafted: One look at these beautiful coats and you will be convinced. These coats are exceptional in quality, with exact attention to detail and fit. Sometimes just matching the skins takes hours before the coat is even cut. If you look at some of the close-ups you can see the beautiful stitching, the exactly matched seams, the detailing around the button-holes and the gorgeous cuffs and collar. Our coats are made with only top-quality skins, again chosen with care for your coat. Do not settle for less!
By far the most popular coats are made with the Domestic Skins in either Stony Tan with the brown tip fur or the Antelope Tan with the ‘white’ fur. These skins are from Australia or the USA and are what you normally think of when you picture a sheepskin coat. The suede is soft and smooth and the fur is thick and “sheep-like”.
Merino Skins are also popular and are considered the Mercedes of hides. Spanish Merino pelts are lighter in weight but super warm, soft and supple. The wool is dense and uniform and more like a silkier fur.
We also use Tuscany Lamb Pelts, sometimes to trim a coat and sometimes other coats, such as the Isabella, are made entirely from Tuscany pelts. These have the long silky fur and super soft and lightweight hides. They are more expensive then the Merino skins, but really make a classy and beautiful coat.
Although we take special requests and will make a coat in whatever hides and colors you request (or at least we will try to accommodate) by far our most popular choices are the domestic skins in either the Stony Tan, Black, Brown, Olympic Tan, or Antelope Tan. See our samples below!
Added Options: Listed above is the base price for each coat. However, there are several variables that can affect the price and style of your coat. These items are listed under 'Xtra Coat Options' in our store. In order to make your custom purchase, you may need to add these items on to your order. Remember we are here to help you with your selections. - Hood: Almost any coat that does not come standard with a hood can have a sewn-on hood. This is Item # PGSHd and is $89 additional.
- Zippered Hood: You can also request a zippered hood. This is Item # PGZHd and is $99 additional
- Full Length: Many coats can also be made as a full-length coat. This is Item # PGFull and is $299 additional.
- Larger Sizes: The base price for our Ladies coats are for coats up to size 16 and for Mens coats, up to size 46. However we offer coats in any size. So we have upsize codes in our store. The Item # is PGSize. For every jump of 2 full sizes the cost of the coat is an additional $99.
Before you Pay: We want to make sure your order is exactly what you want, at the price you expect and can be delivered in the time you desire. Remember this is not a coat that we take off a hanger and ship to you. Your coat will normally take 10 - 21 days to craft, with delivery during peak times being longer. So do NOT pay until we confirm everything in your order. Please, please (did we say please) make certain that you include a valid email address and a phone number!
Custom Fit: We make all sizes, no one is too small or too big! We highly encourage that you contact us before you place your order. Fit is also crucial. Although we ask you to specify a size, we only use that as a guideline. We need your actual measurements for a truly custom fit. Remember we are making this coat to fit you. Please follow our Sizing Chart and instructions and measure accurately. (Please be honest. Your measurements mean nothing to us, other than how we cut the coat). If you have any questions about how to measure or how a coat is cut, please contact us. Once you have your accurate measurements, you can include them in the notes section of the order, or email them to us.
Return Policy for Custom Coats: We are making this coat in the measurements and color that you specified. It is truly a custom coat for you. We rarely have a customer change their mind, but if and when they do, we then have their custom coat. As you can imagine, it is difficult to resell this custom coat. Therefore, all custom coats and vests are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

areas in each item's ad so you can make an informed purchase decision. We will ship to almost any country and if your country is not listed simply

- INSURANCE: Although insurance is optional, we strongly recommend that
you do insure your delivery. We will replace or refund ALL INSURED packages that

- CUSTOMS: Oh what a thorn in our side!! We
MAY require prepayment of brokerage fees and/or duties & taxes if your
package is being shipped into Canada by a third party carrier like FedEx.
There are too many variables to accurately list these fees in our ad, so we
will contact you if we require prepayment. The item will not cost you more, it
is simply that you will not have to pay when your package is delivered.
If we do not ask for prepayment then you are responsible for paying
these fees when your package is delivered to you. We do not list Customs fees
in our ads, so make certain you consider this cost when making your purchase.
- CANADA RURAL: If an item is being shipped
FedEx or UPS, there is an additional shipping fee for what these carriers consider
as rural delivery. This difference is listed in each item's ad. There is
no difference in cost if the item is shipped via the Postal System.

- We gladly accept payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. All payments are SECURE!
- We encourage payment within 7 days of purchase.
If you are not paying within this time, please let us know.
- After you have won an auction or used the BUY NOW
option, we will email an invoice to you. You will use this invoice to
check-out and make your payment. It is secure and safe. Therefore it is
very important that your email address is current and correct. Also, please
do not go directly to PayPal to pay as we will not know that you have
paid.
- If you are bidding or purchasing more than one item,
please wait until the auction has finished or until you have finished
ordering all your items before you pay and check-out. After each auction
won or additional item ordered, a new invoice will be sent. Always use
the most recent invoice emailed to you which has all your items listed
and combined into one order. Combined shipping discounts will be applied
for multiple purchases where applicable.

Returns
|
- We value you as a customer and will work with
you to ensure your satisfaction.
- New items are returnable unless noted above in the
description.
- Please notify us if you want to return an item or
exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it. We will arrange the return
with you.
- Unless noted otherwise, we will gladly refund the purchase
price of items that are returned in like new condition with all packaging.
Products that we offer with free USA shipping, means shipping has been included
in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return
your purchase then the actual shipping cost incurred to ship the item to you will be
deducted from your refund; i.e., you will be refunded the price of the item less the cost incurred to ship the item to you. If you are not in the USA, then your shipping cost was reduced to account for the free shipping and you will still be responsible for the difference.
- You are responsible for the return shipping fees. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless
an item is defective or is -not as described- and is being replaced with
the same item.
- For international returns, it is important to declare
your package as a "Product for Return" on the Customs Declaration Form,
and also $1 as the commercial value.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns for our
reasons.
- We will not be liable to our customers for any damages
beyond the amount of money that you have actually paid us.
