COBALT BLUE CALIFORNIA DRUGSTORE

This cobalt blue drugstore bottle is 4 3/4" tall and nearly 2" wide. It is embossed vertically in an indented front panel "FROM//  KROUGH'S//  MODEL DRUG STORE//  WATSONVILLE, CAL". Embossed on the base is "W T CO//  USA//  PAT DEC 11 1894". No chips, cracks or dings however, this dug bottle needs to be tumbled as it is a dull on the outside. There is some inside staining also. Could be coated with a light mineral oil or ?? which would restore the shine for awhile until needed to be repeated. Other than the dullness, this is a GREAT and RARE bottle.  If displayed, without light behind it, it appears very dark blue almost purple and doesn't need any polishing or oiling. Buyer pays postage.
