FLOWER ARRANGING BOOK

"THE COCA COLA COMPANY"



This is a 54 page booklet, entitled Flower Arranging - A Fascinating Hobby, by Laura Lee Burroughs, with a 1940 copyright belonging to The Coca-Cola Company. The vintage booklet features colorful pictures of various flower arrangements, with a bit of instruction and advice. At the end of the booklet, the Coca Cola Company has inserted their own brand of advertising, with 11 different pictures showcasing their product under "Arrangements for Refreshment". A sample line reads as follows: "At the end of the day, a quiet home atmosphere carefully staged by a thoughtful wife. Pipe and evening paper ready...Roses pleasantly arranged...and welcome refreshment, ice-cold Coca-Cola." Booklet measures approx. 7 1/2" x 7 1/2" and is in Good Condition (there is wear to the front and back covers, with two small tears on front cover - please see picture, as the wear is evident - there is some corner and edge wear with some general bending and creasing - all pages inside are complete, with no markings or tears). Great Coca-Cola Collectible, as well as a nice piece of flower arranging ephemera.
