AUCTION SCHEDULES: We normally run auctions every other week, usually beginning on Sunday. And we shut down about two weeks over Christmas. However, our Stores run 24/7/365.
SALES: Unless we made a mistake in the description or missed a flaw in the item, all sales are final.
SALES TAX: Texas residents ("ONLY") must pay 8.25% sales tax on both the item cost and the shipping cost. Call the Texas Comptroller's Office at 1-800-252-5555 if you have questions about this.
SHIPPING: Shipping cost will be actual cost of postage (Priority Mail), actual cost plus $0.50 (other U.S. Domestic) or actual cost plus $1.00 (First Class International). Use Calculate button on any Ad to see what your single item cost would be. Contact us for actual cost of multiple items. We normally combine multiple purchases into one package and will refund overpayment if any . By default, we ship light weight items (up to 13 ounces Domestic or 4 pounds International) by First Class Mail, books by Media Mail (US domestic only) and all others by Priority Mail. Note that actual transit times for all classes other than Priority Mail are usually longer than what USPS claims.
INSURANCE: We require insurance on item(s) whose aggragate value is $25.00 or greater per box. We are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost, damaged or destroyed by the Carrier.
PAYMENT: All payment must be in U.S. Dollars. Items paid by PayPal, Cashier's Checks or Money Order will ship on our next regular shipping day (normally Tuesday or Friday). Personal checks may require about 10 days clearance time before shipping.
