Item Description:
You are bidding on the wonderful authentic Cole Haan doctor's style satchel shown below.
This handbag is in excellent used condition. The inside is very clean and the outside shows no wear.
This bag is soft black leather with a slate-blue lining. There are two cell-phone pockets with two zippered compartments inside. On the outside there are pockets on each side.
This bag measures 14 1/2" long, 5 1/2" wide, and 7 1/2" tall.

1. You need to contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and let me know that you will be returning the item(s). The guarantee will not be honored after 3 days
2. The item needs to be returned in the same condition it was purchased in, and complete. Returns that are damaged, or missing parts will not be refunded.
3. Items damaged in transit are NOT eligible for return. You need to go through the USPS insurance claim process.
4. I refund shipping from me to you. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me.

I will be happy to combine shipping when possible (i.e. the items will fit in the same box). Combined shipping prices vary depending on the weight of the items. $1.00 will be automatically deducted from shipping on the second item and I will do my very best to keep costs down.
Items are usually shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment. Some larger or unusual-sized items may take longer to ship.
Please recognize that shipping costs are a combination of weight of the item, distance the item has to travel from me to you, time it takes me to pack the item, as well as associated packing materials.
