This is the re-issue edition published by MacMillan reprinted in 1987. The book is in very good plus condition with a little pushing to the top and bottom of the spine. Internally the pages have started to brown especially at the edges. This edition measures 13.5 x 20.5cms. A tight copy.

The unclipped dustwrapper(no price shown) is in very good condition with creasing to the top of the spine and the cover corners plus the top edge. The back of the wrapper has foxing spots to it.
