COMMERCIAL HOBART BUFFALO CHOPPER PROCESSOR CUTTER

Up for Auction is an absolutely beautiful Hobart Buffalo Chopper that has the large capacity 18" bowl. This is one of the newest buffalo choppers out. This chopper came from a local school.

When we went to pick this chopper up from the school where it was located i had the chance to speak with one of the head supervisor's of the kitchen and he stated that the lid on this buffalo chopper was stained by some easy off cleaner by one of the chefs that worked in the kitchen. So the school had the lid sent out to be professionally painted with a 3 part epoxy this is normally used on aircrafts but please keep in mind only the TOP of the lid was painted not the bottom of the lid so the painted part WILL NOT COME IN CONTACT WITH THE FOOD.

This Buffalo chopper is the strongest on the market and the most sought chooper by professional's in the world.

There are a few extremely minor or minuit scratches on this chopper but nothing that affects the operation of this unit. Also there are a few scratches on the bowl but again this will not effect the operation of this chopper.
