FALL AND WINTER SHIPMENTS AFTER GROUND FREEZE ARE DEPENDANT UPON STORAGE INVENTORY.

All stock is shipped bare-root and is considered conservation grade, meaning stock is graded primarily with consideration to viability. Primary uses of conservation grade stock include windbreak, wildlife habitat, re-forestation, and riverbank erosion control. Sizes are measured from the top root to the tip of the tree.

Shipping season: November through June for most deciduous stock. Late September through June for most evergreens. Please inquire about winter ship date requests, as our ground is typically frozen at that time. Shipping can be weather dependant, as some species may be harvested on a per order basis.

Please specify a shipping week when order is placed.  This bare root nursery stock should be planted as soon as possible upon receipt.  As some areas of the country have frozen ground, a requested shipping week from the buyer is appreciated.  PLEASE BE AWARE THAT MUCH OF OUR STOCK MUST BE HARVESTED BEFORE WE CAN SHIP, AND THEREFORE SHIPPING IS WEATHER DEPENDANT.  We will contact you immediately if we are unable to meet your requested ship week, or if we feel adjusting the ship date would be safer for the stock.

This stock is guaranteed to arrive healthy and fresh, and with sufficiently moist root systems.  Please make any claims within 6 weeks of planting.  We cannot refund the cost of shipping.
