This is a 6-9 host gold plated cast pyx measuring 1/2 inch deep and 1 9/16 inches in diameter.
This is brand new, never used from a company I just found and love what they do. They seem to be a bunch of artists that design and make Catholic and Christian art pieces.
I couldn't actually tell you if this is exclusively theirs but it's from them anyway.
It also comes in a little felt cloth envelope. For communion calls in home, hospice, hospitals.
I believe this little pyx shows the reverence we sometimes forget about.
