Up for auction is a CONN 6D DOUBLE FRENCH HORN (key of F/Bb) with case and brand new mouthpiece.  The valves and tuning slides all move freely. The valves have been restrung and the compression has been checked.

It has normal wear for a used horn (dings, scratches, small dents and lacquer wear). Major dents have been removed from the bell and bell tubing. There are two small patches by the brace on the bell which has no effect on the horn's sound (see photo). The horn has been played and sounds great. The CONN case is in good condition with latches and handle all in good working order. This would make a great starter horn or professional 2nd horn.
