PAYPAL,MONEY ORDERS,PERSONAL CHECKS accepted,(US FUNDS) All International buyers(except Canada) must pay with PayPal. Mailed payments should reach me within 7 business days. Buy It Now items are due upon receipt of invoice. Auction items are due within 7 days of auction, I recently had a customer wait 3 weeks to pay, (after the change in policy) I now will void the sale after 7 days and relist, unless other arrangements have been made prior to the sale. Should a emergency arise, please contact me to avoid losing your item.

INSURANCE is optional on most items unless otherwise stated. But at buyers risk. I package your items with the same care that I would want them packaged for me. But I cannot be responsible for them during transit. SO PLEASE CONSIDER INSURING YOUR ITEMS.

FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL & INTERNATIONAL  on first class international mail there is no tracking provided. My local Post Office will  show that they received the item for shipping, I have not had any problems but want you to be aware of this. Should you want to track your package please choose Priority Mail. Also I do not fudge on custom forms but state that it is a used item. Any Duty/Taxes is the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURN POLICY Most of the items I sell are used items, what you see is what you will receive. You should ask any questions before bidding or purchasing. Should you require a refund I must be notified within 24 hours of receiving, item must be in same condition as sent. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and Insurance. For a refund of the purchase price only. I cannot refund S/H/I. All my glass items are marked with a harmless china marker and must be returned with same mark on it.. THE only time I will refund your money is if I make a gross error in the listing, NOT difference of opinion. Like I send you a green item and not yellow as stated, then I will pay return shipping and make it right. I strive for a smooth, pleasant transaction.

SHIPPING CHARGES are stated in each listing, unless it is an unusually heavy item. Multiply purchases please request a total, so that I may adjust the invoice for you. Otherwise shipping is as stated in the listing. Seller retains the right to ship with alternate carrier if Priority Mail is not chosen. If I have 10 packages going UPS and only 1 going parcel post, then I will ship the one with the others UPS, to help save on gas. As all my packages must be taken to town as I live too far off the main highway for carrier pickup.
