PAYMENT TERMS:
If we're shipping to a California address, add 8.75% Sales Tax
CREDIT CARDS: We accept all major credit cards listed above. You may phone us toll free at 888-403-0873 with your credit card information 619-523-1500 for international customers), or fax it to us at 619-523-1599. You may also e-mail the information, broken into 3 separate e-mails for security.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US ADDRESSES):
We usually ship winning auction items within 5 business days of receipt of payment, although we try for 1 or 2 days. eBay Express items shipped either the day of the order or the following day.
If there's a problem at the warehouse and your shipment will take longer, we'll let you know. Special Order titles from the eBay Store may take up to 3 weeks to ship. Many are in stock, but we must get others in-house in order to ship. If you purchase a special order title, we will notify you when it ships.
All domestic packages are shipped via the post office (USPS) with Delivery Confirmation. Delivery confirmation is NOT available for certain rural addresses or APO/FPO addresses. All shipments are FOB San Diego, California, USA.
Media Mail can take two weeks or more to reach you after the package is shipped. If you have a deadline, please select Priority Mail. If it's critical, please contact us to make sure we're not awaiting a restocking order and will be able to ship promptly.
You will receive an e-mail with shipping details and delivery confirmation info when your package has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
All shipments are FOB San Diego, California, USA. International shipments are via First Class Mail International, Priority Mail International or Global Express Mail.
If your order total is over $50.00, we may elect to insure at our expense.
You will receive an e-mail with shipping details when your package has been shipped.
We can sometimes give you a better price on shipments of 5 or more titles. If you have any questions, please contact us for additional information and a shipping quote.
LIGHT STOCK / SPECIAL ORDER TITLES
We offer hundreds of rare, out-of-print and hard-to-find VHS and DVD titles. We carry light stock on some of these titles, so they may take up to 3 weeks to ship to you. We do not manufacture anything, but buy finished goods and close out from a variety of manufacturers.
If you have a deadline or must have the item by a certain date, please contact us to make sure we're not awaiting a restocking order and will be able to ship promptly. If it's urgent and the title is not in-house, we can sometimes make arrangements to have the item drop-shipped by the manufacturer.
If you wish to purchase a particular selection of titles, we can create a special listing for you with custom items and reduced shipping for 5 items or more.

PACKAGING
We offer titles both in generic and custom printed sleeves, however the manufacturer supplies them to us. All items are new and in shrink wrap. Some manufacturers choose not to print a custom sleeve in order to release titles that they feel wouldn't sell enough copies to recoup the cost of printing and storing the sleeve. If no picture of the sleeve is available or the "Matinee Classics" sleeve is shown, this title will probably come in the manufacturer's generic sleeve. A generic sleeve is a printed sleeve, but is not custom to the title, containing no movie-specific information.

RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is our priority.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Should you receive a defective product, we will replace it within 30 days of the purchase date. If we are unable to replace it, we will refund the purchase price and pay for return shipping via U.S. Postal Service Media Mail. Should we require return, we will send you a pre-paid label.
CHANGED YOUR MIND or BUYER'S REMORSE: If you change your mind or accidentally purchase the wrong item, we will accept returns of any unopened item within 30 days of our shipping it to you. Please advise us you plan to return the item and include the reason for the return. We do not refund or reimburse postage for return of non-defective items, but will refund the purchase price.
