I am not 100% sure, but I dont think this has not been used, if it has very hard to tell. All items pictured are included, that includes original box and owners manual. This item was purchased at a storage auction, I took a close up and it appears that something was spilt on the box and went through to the mattress part and left a couple of stains, pretty sure that will clean up, I just wanted to let you know of anything that I saw that was out of the ordinary, other than that a great deal here,...GOOD LUCK
