These are all Professionally constructed, high quality wigs that with the proper care will last for many years to come whether it be for a Halloween costume or for the Professional.   -The manufacturer is a costume wig specialist. They have worked with theatrical costume designers and dress historians to develop one of the largest  inventories in the world. -Many of their designs are unique and unavailable elsewhere, derived from their libarary of period tonsurial books. -All wigs are fine Kanekalon or Toyokalon unless otherwise noted, and are washable and of rental quality.  Closeouts are of high quality, as they are either discontinued streetwear styles or old stock.  Wigs labeled as "Bargain Wigs" are excellent for Halloween type use but not for heavy rental usage.  Some of the wigs feature an artificial scalp under the wig hair.  "Skin Part" refers to a skin-like plastic under the hair, which looks like a part.  "Skin Top" refers to a larger skin-like plastic under the hair, which can be parted as you wish. WIG CARE: The betterm more expensive wigs may be washed with a mild soap, woolite, baby shampoo or wig cleaner (available at beauty supply stores). DO NOT brush wigs until dry. A small amount of conditioner may be applied whe you re-style.   The wig you receive is the same style as the photo but brand new and never opened; We try to describe colors as accurately as possible.  However, color resolution of computer monitors can vary.  So, please be aware that there may be a slight difference in the color displayed on your computer monitor and the actual color.   *Names of characters and persons mentioned in the auctions are solely for the identification of common  character styles. PAYMENT & SHIPPING TERMS

 

PAYMENT Payment is to be received within 7 days of auctions close.  An E-MAIL MUST be received within 3 days from close of auction to notify the seller with payment plans, if not paying immediately upon close of auction.   A NON-PAYING BIDDER form will be filed after 7 days if no communication or payment is received from the buyer.  If there is no response to the ebay notice after 7 days, the non-paying bidder form will be finalized and a strike will be placed against your account by ebay.  Appropriate feedback will follow. There are NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES or REFUNDS on any of these once an order is placed.   FOR DOMESTIC PURCHASES: Payment through Paypal is preferred. I also have a Virtual Terminal-Merchant Account, that can accommodate payment with your Visa, MC or AE if buyer does not have or want to set up a Paypal account. SHIPPING DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Buyer to pay for shipping and handling within the Continental United States. These are shipped UPS (United Parcel Service) ONLY (by the manufacturer). So please be aware that transit time is slower than if these were shipped through the US Post Office, especially during Hallowen.   UPS can NOT ship to P.O. BOXES - must have full street address.  Expedited shipping available.  If shipping method is not listed and you need a special shipping method request, please e-mail Seller BEFORE purchase and I will gladly check with the manufactuerer to see  if they can accommodate your request,  BUT During the height of the Halloween season they will usually NOT ship through the US Post Office.  They have too many orders and not enough man-power to make a special trip to the US Post Office building.    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping rates differ from US rates, so INTERNATIONAL BUYERS MUST ask for a SHIPPING QUOTE  prior to purchase or bidding if not listed in the shipping calculator.  This way there will be no misunderstanding or problems after the purchase.   The manufacturer will ship these through the USPS for International orders, on most occassions, since the shipping rates are so much lower than UPS or Fed-ex, BUT they may decline to ship USPS during the height of the Halloween season, so it is best to e-mail me before purchase For International Shipping quotes,  I need your Country & City Name & Postal Code. For orders placed, phone # is required for Customs Form.   Shipping & Insurance charge paid, do NOT include duties and/or customs fees, brokerage and/or any miscellaneous fees which occur upon delivery in your country, those charges are the SOLE responsibility of the BUYER. ORDERS & DELIVERY TIME REGULAR ORDERS: Most orders take about 1-2 days to ship by the manufacturer once an order is placed. For domestic shipments, the manufacturer only ships UPS ground. UPS ground can take up to 7-8 days to arrive, depending on the location destination. Expedited shipping is available at buyers expense, see instructions below     Sometimes at the end of a Holiday season, some of the items can be sold out.   If that happens I will email you immediately and see if you want another size or style as a replacement, if not I will refund your payment back to your paypal account.
