This is a BEAUTIFUL NEW 8X10 print of A BIG COTTAGE WITH TWO FIRE PLACES ON A BEAUTIFUL POND. The scene is in a real quiet area away from the noisey city, the pond is clear as can be with a mother swan and her babies out for a swim, in the back-ground a mid lots and lots of flowers is this really nice cottage.

This is for print only- NO FRAME INCLUDED.

MY PRINTS ARE SHIPPED FLAT WITH A CARD-BOARD BACKING AND SEALED IN A PLASTIC SLEEVE.

Payment should be received within 7 days after purchase. Buyer to pay fixed shipping of $3.00 for the first print, $1.00 for second print and if you purchase 3 or more prints the total shipping will not exceed $4.00. This also includes auction purchased prints. All prints must be paid for in one (1) transaction and shipped together. Insurance is optional but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for an additional $1.75, as I can not be held responsible once items are shipped.
