COTY PARIS PERFUME Lalique Bottle Lipas Pourpre vintage

Featured here is a wonderful, highly-collectible  PARIS de COTY Perfume Bottle from Coty made by Lalique circa 1914 originally made for Lipas Pourpre. This bottle came to hold other scents.  Pictured in the Utt book on page 28, it is figure 32.  Standing 1¾” high, the bottle is in excellent condition with two legible labels. (see photos)  The all-glass removable frosted stopper is extra-nice with a polished rim and fish scale pattern. Embossed on the bottom is “Coty”.  Some original cording is intact around the neck of the bottle and the bottle has some contents remaining. Paris de Coty, introduced by Coty in 1923, was one of Coty’s beloved, yet discontinued, fragrances.
