THIS IS A TALL (JUST OVER 7 INCHES) AND THIN VASE THAT IS ABOUT 1 1/2 INCHES WIDE AT ONE OF THE FIVE FLUTED COLUMNS. IT IS WHITE AS YOU CAN SEE AND HAS SOME VERY FINE CRAZING THAT IS ALMOST INVISIBLE. IT HAS TWO WINGED SEAHORSES AND A HEART SHAPED SHELL DEVICE ON THE BASE AND THEN A RING SEPERATES THE FLUTED COLUMNS.  THIS IS COWAN.  IT IS OLD AND UNUSUAL. THE VASE IS NOT CHIPPED OR CRACKED OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY. Free shipping on this item in the United States. Normal calculated shipping
