Our goal is to ship every item within 24 hours of verification of receipt of payment in our Paypal account. We ship via UPS from zip code 32548. When a shipping label is prepared to ship your merchandise you will automatically receive a UPS tracking number at the email address you have registered with EBay. We only ship with UPS and will not respond to requests to ship by any other means. We don't ship to APO/FPO addresses. We only ship to the lower 48 United States. We do not ship to residents of Canada or International addresses due to import duties and fees assessed on the Seller. If your item is damaged, you must contact us by Ebay messages and please allow adequate time for us to file an insurance claim with the shipper.

Our items are sold AS-IS, and we only allow returns if one of the following has happened. The item was damaged in shipping, you were shipped the wrong item, or the item was described as working and it is not on arrival. Please TEST YOUR ITEM when you get it. We will not honor any claim of DOA or "Problems" if not reported to us within 3 days of receipt. WE DO RECORD THE SERIAL NUMBER OF ALL ITEMS BEFORE SHIPPING, AND WILL VERIFY UPON RETURN.

We sell overstock, open box, shelf pulls and returned items. WE DO NOT END MY AUCTIONS EARLY WITH A BUY IT NOW, SO PLEASE DON'T ASK. We will be as specific as possible on the condition of the item and if item is missing any parts. We try very hard to describe the product as it should be. Because we are not a retailer we can't give the in store warranty. Please don't expect or assume anything other than as described. We inspect all items for power, working condition.
