**Stapler is being sold as-is. The Push On/Lock button is broken.**

This stapler is for those who have the knowledge of repairing tools or simply need one for its parts. Its full model number is 836.2723502 and it runs off of a 9.6 volt battery. The stapler also comes with a charger and case (one of the tabs is broken at the seam). The stapler is being sold as-is, as the "Push On/Push Lock" button is broken and it cannot be tested (nor the battery and charger).

Will be done through USPS International Priority Mail within five (5) days of cleared playment. Our shipping days are Wednesdays and Fridays. If you live in these areas - please email us with your postal code and country, so we can give you an estimate shipping cost. Economy/Ground shipment is not available.

Sorry, we cannot ship to Mexico, Norway, India, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Maldives, Chile, or Afghanistan due to restrictions on shipping insurance.

Shipping Internationally will result in custom, brokerage, and additional fees which you will be responsible for. We cannot label any packages as "Gift" nor falsify the actual cost of the product.

Combined Shipping will be done only for items ending within five (5) days of each other. If you do intend to combine the shipping on your items, please contact us for a shipping estimate.

We recycle! We reuse packing material including; styrofoam, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, newspaper, etc. Boxes are reused as well and your item may come in a box not original to it.

Please! Thoroughly test your item promptly upon receipt! We will not accept returns or give partial or full refunds after a seven (7) day period.

We accept returns only if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us within three (3) days after receiving of the item and return the item within seven (7) days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges (and eBay/ Paypal fees, if applicable). No returns on items listed as-is or items that have been modified (repaired or otherwise) in any way without our knowledge. We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell.

We strongly recommend that customers do not open their own FedEx/USPS insurance claim.

After this step is taken, a settlement must be reached by the Post Office (which can be another undeterminable length of time). If the settlement is granted to us, you will receive your refund (the settlement) shortly thereafter.

Items in working condition have no warranty (offered or implied). All items are "pre-owned" and are sold "as-is" without warranty or guarantee unless covered by original manufacturer.

Power tools and other items that are sold with rechargeable batteries . . . all batteries and their chargers have not been thoroughly tested and are being sold as-is.
