For Auction is a wonderful set of 4 Cranberry Hobnail Opalescent Tumblers . The set of four are approximately 4 1/4" tall and 2 7/8" wide. They all have the strong ash content typical of the early manyfacturing process. The Tumblers are considered to be in excellent condition as I could only find a few of the Hobnails that were rough. There are no chips, nicks or dings to any of the Hobnails. They are unsigned but each of them have a Countersunk Polished Pontil. The mark of quality Art Glass. Tumblers are probably the hardest of the Cranberry Hobnail Opalescent Glass to find in ANY condition. This set is about as good as they can come. I believe these to be Circa 1900-1930. Cranberry Hobnail Opalescent Glass fits so well in a Victorian Home Setting that I'm sure the lucky Buyer will not be disappointed. I have a total of 8 tumblers.
