Nice, gently used condition, Creative Zen V. The color is black and green and the size is 2GB. This item has a few light scratches on the screen but nothing major. This item has been adult owned and lightly used. Everything in the photo including the original box, packaging, headphones, discs and packaging are included.

Returns & Claims
Please, check the size tag, measurements, pictures and even the manufacturers’ website for size information. If I have measured, described or identified something incorrectly, I will gladly take the item back. Please contact me for instructions within 5 days of receipt. Returns for size, color or fit can no longer be accepted.
I will process all damage claims (where insurance is purchased) with the carrier and may request that you return the item. Please retain original shipping containers and notify me immediately if you suspect damage in shipment.

Priority Mail and First Class packages take 3-5 days and are shipped from Ohio.
You will receive an email with a USPS or UPS tracking number at the time of shipment. International shipments will only receive notification of shipment unless insurance has been purchased.
