Warranty & Return Policy

- One year warranty from Creative. In term of software, you can claim the repairing service from any of the Creative Service Center around the world. However, if your local Creative Service Center can't repair or does not know how to repair it, then you need to send it back to Creative Singapore or our company. The reason is that only Creative Singapore got the hardware or spare part of this new model. Once the repair is done, then Creative Singapore or our company will ship back the item to the buyer through registered air mail.

- If the item is defective within 7 days after receiving the item, please kindly contact us and we will replace defective items with an item of equal or greater functionality and no refund will be issued. Return must be in like new condition. There is a 25% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned.

- Only when the replacement is not available, then a refund will be issued. However, the shipping & handling cost and insurance are not refundable.

- For both replacing or repairing case, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost in sending back to Singapore and we will be responsible for charges incurred in returning the item back to buyer.
