by 16" deep, 14" liquid depth. Stainless steel basket carrier designed to
hold insert cleaning trays measuring approx. 12" x 18" x 14" deep,
The process stations are as follows:
Station #1: - PAUCS Cleaning Unit; Heated ultrasonic immersion wash, 40 KHz
Station #2: - PAUCS Cleaning Unit; Heated ultrasonic immersion wash, 40 KHz
Station #3: - Heated immersion rinse
Station #4: - Heated immersion rinse
Station #5: - Heated ultrasonic immersion rinse
Station #6: - Recirculating HEPA filter hot air dryer with an 1100 cfm
recirculating blower, 10,000 watts of thermostatically-controlled heat.
Parallel oppossed CDA compressed air blow-off manifolds

SBC Rigi-Bot Programmable Transport System with maximum lift capacity is 80#
including the work carrier. Capable of 4 recipes (programs) & 6-8 baskets per
hour.
Pump and filter recirculation: All wash and rinse stations include Swegloc 300
SS plumbing with pump and filter recirculatiol with sparged return flow.
Waste water pump-out (25 gallon) reservoir with automated pump system, and low
level liquid meters.
Full Enclosure: Lighted Stainless Steel enclosure with (3) HEPA filter modules
for close to Class 1000 Environment can be used without enclosure and
enclosure can be upgraded (OPT)
