How to use these wonderful whitestrips!
1. Peel:
- For best results, do not brush teeth immediately before applying strips.
- Open foil pouch and remove.
- Peel strips from backing.
2. Apply:
- Apply gel side of strip to teeth.
- Align strips with gum line and press gently for good contact.
- Fold the rest of strip behind teeth to keep in place.
3. Reveal:
- Wear strips for 30 minutes once a day (or twice a day for faster results), remove and discard.
- If you notice gel on your teeth, brush, rinse, or wipe it away.

Important Usage Information:
Tooth Sensitivity: Your teeth may become Sensitive when using Crest Whitestrips Supreme. This is common with products containing peroxide and is not harmful. The sensitivity will go away if you stop using the strips for a few days.
White Fingers: Your finger tips may become temporarily white after applying Crest Whitestips. This is common with products containing peroxide and is not harmful. The whiteness can be avoided by washing the gel off your fingers with soap and water after applying the strips.
If You Have Dental Work: CREST WHITE STRIPS SUPREME WILL ONLY WHITEN NATURAL TEETH. The strips will NOT whiten caps, crowns, veneers, fillings, or dentures. If you have dental work on the teeth to be treated, consult with your dentist prior to use. Crest Whitestrips Supreme has not been observed to harm standard dental restorative materials.
