Most Cricut accessories work on both the original Cricut machine and the Cricut Expression.
The 6x12 cutting matts and 6x12 paper only work on the Original Cricut machine.

The 12x12 and 12x24 cutting matts and the 12x24 paper only work on the Expression.

Payment & Shipping Information

PayPal is our preferred payment method.
We DO accept money orders and cashier's checks, but they MUST BE IN US$.
All payments must be received within 7 days of auction close.
Orders are typically processed and SHIPPED within 3-5 BUSINESS days via the shipping option you select. US address orders: Please allow at least 5-7 days after shipping for your package to arrive. Please select US PRIORITY shipping in the US for deilvery confirmation. If you select "1st Class" or "OTHER STD shipping" your package will be sent via USPS first Class mail.
NOTE: "Priority" is a USPS term and it means that travels to you faster. However, still takes the same processing time.
International orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Please allow at least 7-9 days after shipping for your package to arrive. We have shipped 1000s of orders to international addresses with very few problems. However, if you need a tracking number, please select US EXPRESS Mail International.
We also use Mail-Innovations - a UPS company - to help reduce your shipping cost. If you select OTHER or 1st Class, your package may be sent via Mail Innovations. The delivery time is very similar to USPS 1st class, but may arrive with our postage label and a separate label with US or international postage. If you are an international buyer - please understand that we pay Mail Innovations additional amounts to process your package and deliver it to your country mail system. Mail Innovations is a very reliable service and will provide both of us with additional tracking information. Based on the size of your combined shipment, we may upgrade your service to Priority when possible. Our goal is to manage deliver costs for both of us and eliver your goods in the most effective manner. NOTE: even the US and International postal systems DO make mistakes on occassion!
Please realize that items in high demand may take a few extra days to process. Also, check the listing description for any exceptions or anticipated delays in shipping your order.

We will combine postage when possible. Please check the listing for other details in the auction. We typically watch the orders every day and combine orders when possible. We CANNOT combine orders orders from different eBay accounts or those in different currencies.
If you check-out and pay with the automatic combine rates or pay for items individually we will assume you are happy with the calculated postage - which is often correct anyway. We can ONLY combine orders and reduce postage before you pay!
Please realize that the combined shipping rates may vary depending on the item size and weight of the combined items and the destination. We try hard to give you a good discount, but also cover our packaging, shipping, & handling costs so we can continue to offer you good products and delivery at these remarkable low prices. Hopefully you have compared our total price to what you would pay at a retail store. Please remember that there are a variety of costs associated with getting an item to you and maintaining a reliable business.
Feedback: We automatically leave positive feedback once you have paid and leave us positive feedback. We typically reply to neutral or negative feedback, but will not leave you feedback.
IMPORTANT: You have every right to leave us negative or nuetral feedback. However, if you do, we will place your buyer ID on a blocked buyer list and you will not be able to bid on or purchase from us in the future. No exceptions and no changes. We would encourage you to allow us to work out any problems that occur in a positive and fair manner.
Typically you will receive two emails. The first one is an indication that we are processing and packaging your order.
The second email is from our shipping program (SPS fulfillment) and should include a tracking/confirmation number in most cases.
IMPORTANT final note... We are a small business planning to stay in business. This is not an evening or weekend project for us. We have a great team of employees and try hard to deal with the challenges of 100s of packages a day and supplier issues. Please give us a chance to correct problems. Contact us by phone or email (click on the about me link for details). If don't get a response and feel that you need to escalate matters - try the eBay dispute process. Leaving us negative feedback will not encourage positive behaviors. Some days we are overwhelmed with many emails - we will get back to you - we are NOT here to take your money and run!
