Up for auction is an original dress for 11'' Littlest Angel dolls made by Vogue/Arranbee from 1959.
I believe this is a transitional dress at the time when Vogue purchased Arranbee in 1959.
Please note; the red looks blotchy and discolored in photos, it is not, it is the way the screen represents red. It is even in tone and color in person.
Very, very pretty, vivid red cotton dress with a white dot pattern.
Dress is detailed with an attached red organdy apron with two faux buttons and white rick rack trim at neckline, sleeves, across bodice and on apron edge.
Two starlet snaps in back act as closure.
Dress is in very, very, very good condition, fabric is still crisp! No stains, tears, holes or repairs.
The only flaw I could find is the white rick rack trim is not as white as it once was.
Doll and shoes not included, only to show fit!
