Smaller items are shipped Fedex Ground and we will use our Fedex account to ship.  Free insurance for Fedex shipments only.

 

Larger items such as equipment and items over 140 lbs are shipped by freight.   We normally use our own account to ship freight but buyer has option to use their own freight company.   INSURANCE FOR ALL FREIGHT SHIPMENTS IS OPTIONAL BUT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED due to higher chances of freight damages.  Please add  $80.00 for insurance which covers up to $10,000.00 in value.

 

In cases where Fedex shipments and freight shipments are damaged, it’s the seller and buyers  responsibility to work together to file claims with the shipping company.  We (seller and buyer) must work together through the process, provide proof of purchase and anything else the shipping company needs so we can have the shipping company pay for the damages.  Insurance for all Fedex shipments are automatically paid for by seller.   Freight items MUST BE INSURED & paid for by the buyer prior to shipping in order for the freight company to pay the claim.  Seller is not responsible for freight damages.  In the case there are damages, seller will not pay for any damages.  Buyer must purchase insurance and file a claim with the freight company.  Buyer will not hold seller respsonsible for freight damages.

 *  PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION.   If payment is not received by the 7th day, we have the right to resell the item to the next highest bidder or to a local buyer, also we are no longer obligated to sell to the current highest bidder.
*  Look carefully! The item pictured is the actual item you are bidding on.  If you have any questions, please ask before bidding.  If it's not in the pictures, it's not included in the auction. 
*  We do not offer shipping discounts or handling fee discounts.  For example:  If a buyer purchases 3 items from us at $10.00 each and the s+h is $6.00 each.  Then the total is $30.00 + $18.00 s+h = $48.00.  We can combine shipping so you receive the items all at once but we do not offer discounts for s+h.
*  Warranty:  We offer 30 days parts warranty on "buy it now" purchases only.  Does not include labor because people can charge what ever they want.  If you are a local buyer, we will install the parts for you.    30 day warranty starts on the day the item is received based on tracking number or the day you pickup the item from us.   If an item is purchased at the starting bid or at  auction, then the item is sold "as is" No warranty.   (reason:  sometimes we auction off our inventory because we run out of warehouse space and sell it for whatever it ends at.  for example, We sell Bakers Pride Y600 ovens for $4500 per deck.  $9000 for double decks.  If you buy it at the "buy it now" price, we offer 30 days parts warranty.   If we auction it and start the bid at $0.99 and you win it for $450.00.  it is sold  "as is".  We can not warranty anything sold at auction or anything sold at the starting bid price because there is no determined purchase price.  Only "buy it nows".
*  In the case a refund, partial refund is to be issued,  Product must to sent back to us for inspection.  Once we receive the product, please allow 48 hours for us to inspect it.  Once approved, the refund check will be sent out.  Also, positive feedback must be left prior to sending out the refund.  (We do not think it is fair for us to send out a refund only to receive a negative feedback).  This is done because we are not the owners of the products.  We must show / communicate with the owners and the buyers and works something out.  We are only the middleman/broker.
*  We offer a 7-day money back guarantee only on the items which are not same as item descriptions, with the following conditions:
*  Buyer is responsible for all repacking, shipping and insurance charges for returns.
*  Items must be returned in original condition.
*  Large or heavy items that were banded to a pallet and shrink-wrapped must be returned in the same manner.
*  Refund shall be made on the item purchase price ONLY and does not include any shipping and handling charges.
