All items are sold "as is" unless otherwise noted. "As is" items are not returnable. For those things that are not sold that way, my return policy is on my ME page. But I do not issue refunds unless an item is significantly different than described.
Payment is expected within 7 days of end of auction. Overseas buyers must pay within 24 hours using Paypal. I no longer accept bids from buyers with less than 10 positive feedbacks. All checks held ten business days from the day I deposit them.
