For your consideration is this wonderful 168 page hardcover book that is in almost new condition. The outer sleeve cover is torn in the back a little but other than that looks to be in great condition. The binding is tight and there are no marks or rips of any of the pages.  The pages may be a tiny bit yellow due to the age of the book but it is hard for me to tell because they may have been the color of the paper used to make the book. The original price of this book is over $20.00. There are patterns for Birth of a Baby, Christmas,  Bar Mitzvahs or Bat Mitzvahs, Halloween, Christening, Wedding, Anniversary, Patriotic, Baby Shower, Hanukkah, House warming, Thanksgiving, First day of School, New Years Eve, Sweet Sixteen, St. Patrick's Day, First Holy Communion, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Graduation, Independence Day and a few more.  There are beautiful patterns to follow as well as wonderful instructions and diagrams or plates as they are sometimes called. We mail them through either with the USPS, UPS mostly. Items get lost in the in the mail more than you are aware. I have had only 2 items go missing with all the items that I mail or receive. It happens, so if you don't have insurance on your items there is nothing we can do about it. We will not refund monies or the items lost if you do not have insurance on them. Once they leave our hands they are in the care of a carrier and out of our control. We highly recommend insurance. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping: We are not in the shipping business and do not make any money from shipping. We list the highest amount far away from us and when we re-send your invoice we then re-calculate your shipping or combine your shipping to try to save you some money.

We highly recommend insurance and we are not responsible for lost, stolen, broken or anything else that can happen to a shipment once your item leaves our hands. No Exceptions!

 If for some reason insurance is not optional on your invoice and you want insurance please feel free to add it to the final cost and just let us know in the message area of the invoice so we know to add it as well. WE always read that area. Thank you!
