By their fourth record, BROKEN GLASS, New Orleans' self-described "kings of sludge-core" added Sammy Pierre Duet on guitar in place of the departed Matt Thomas. The new line-up does little to alter the band's overall approach: plodding tempos, molten screams, bowels-of-hell riffs. With tracks like "Wrath of Time Be Judgement" and "Burn Your World," BROKEN GLASS is not positive reinforcement music, but highly recommended for those prone to wallowing in the pain of existence.
