W have attempted to 'free' the Galley Slave by
compioling simple offshore recipes and, we hope, valuable tips and suggestions
from our more experienced peers. At the risk of appearing facetious, we
have also included those recipes calling for fresh or frozen goods, being
members of a club that yearly cruises the Delta Area, where supplies are often

which we are certain will ease the galley chores of First Mate...." About
