CSI: Crime Scene Investigation celebrated the show's one hundredth episode in 2004.

"Ch-Ch-Changes" was the eighth episode from the fifth season of the crime drama set in Las Vegas, Nevada. This episode was written by Jerry Stahl (ALF, PERMANENT MIDNIGHT).

In the episode, the CSI team investigates when a woman is found with her throat cut. They soon discover that the woman underwent a sex change operation and the team must delve into the world of the Las Vegas transgender community to find the killer.

In addition to stars Marg Helgenberger & William Peterson, Guest stars included Aisha Tyler (Mia Dickerson) & Kate Walsh (Mimosa).

This episode was the most watched CSI ever (as of early 2006) getting 31.5 million viewers. As of the season nine finale on May 14, 2009, 206 episodes of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation have aired over nine seasons
