salad plate made by porcelain factory C.S.M. Carlsbad, Merkelsgrun, Bohemia,
Austria (this is now Merklin,
Czech Republic).
Factory was owned by Camill Schwalb. C.S.M. stands for Camill Schwalb
Merkelsgrun. Pattern features lavender sprays on white body, embossed
scrolls and scalloped rim outlined with gold. The backside is marked with
company logo dating production of
c. 1912 - 1918.
Plate measures about 7 ½” in diameter.
Condition is immaculate with no cracks or chips found. Colors are bright
and vibrant. Gold has minor wear. Please take a look at the pictures in our
