CUISENAIRE RODDLES! Keyboard 4 Mathematics! Educational

Vintage 1981 Cuisenaire Roddles!!  These are "problem-solving games and puzzles to build important thinking skills!"  There are 16 puzzles and games that challenge players to build logical patterns with the Cuisenaire rods, which are colored rods that represent number values from 1 to 10.  This learning system was developed by George Cuisenaire, a Belgian school teacher, to make mathematics more easily understood.  What he came up with is a "keyboard for mathematics" involving a set of carefully designed rods in graduated lengths and selected colors.  The rods are used to teach everything from simple addition to algebra. A math teachers dream!!

This game is complete with all 16 games/puzzles, 74 Cuisenaire rods and cloth storage bag, and a booklet of instructions with puzzle solutions.  The game and puzzle cards and the rods are in great shape.  The box is worn and discolored from years of storage, but this does not affect its contents at all.  Discover a new, fun way to teach math!  Happy Bidding!
