The chassis you choose is literally your car's backbone & we offer one of the finest quality street rod frames in the industry. These frames are fabricated from thick 10 gauge P&O flat plate with all of the necessary body mounting nuts welded INSIDE the frame rails instead of using nut zerks that many of the others use. The flat stock is laser cut to ensure the same exact pieces for every frame.
Once the material is cut; the flat stock is fit on the rail jigs, squared and the TIG welding begins. All welds are then ground and inspected to verify that they have complete penetration and no porosity. The rails are placed into the frame fixture & tack welded to the fixture to eliminate movement while the frame is constructed and finally TIG welded. The ladder bars, shock mounts, and spring hangers (if using buggy spring) are all fitted to the rear-end housing while it is properly located under the "jigged" frame. From start to finish, it normally takes 6 to 7 days to complete.
Our "boxed"perimeter '32 frames all come with the following features:
- Boxed 10 gauge plate steel panels fully TIG welded by hand
- All rails feature the authentic '32 "Reveal" stamping in outer panels
- Plain steel tubular front spreader bar
- 2" extended inner boxing plates which allow for either a standard 106" wheelbase or 108" extended wheelbase
- Model A front cross- member
- 1-1/4" .120"wall tubular "drop-out" transmission cross member designed for GM TH350/TH400/700R4 & GM 4-Speed transmissions. The cross member assemblies even feature an integral safety loop for the driveshaft at no extra cost!
- 2"x 1-1/2" rectangular tube rear cross-member designed for either coil-overs or a buggy style transversely mounted spring.
- Rails are all “C-Notched” for extra axle clearance at no extra cost
- Plain steel tubular rear spreader bar
- The frames are available "bobbed" in rear if needed as well at no extra cost.
The rails offer the following features:
- Boxed 10 gauge plate steel panels fully TIG welded by hand
- All rails feature the authentic '32 "Reveal" stamping in outer panels
- 2" extended inner boxing plates which allow for either a stadard 106" or 108" extended wheelbase

Here is our brand new "CYCO-FRAME" with the cool beveled holes in the front horn boxing plates, motor mounts and a Vega steering box plate. This cool frame with the three mentioned options runs $2450.00 + shipping.

And here are our "CYCO-Plates" that feature beveled holes for an old-skool cool look! This option costs an additional $195.00, but for the cool factor it is money well spent!

WE DO CUSTOM WORK TOO! Look closely; this particular '32 chassis was built using an original 1932 Ford front crossmember & a 1940 Ford rear crossmember (both supplied by the customer). It was built to his specs for a "American Grafitti Coupe" replica car.
The safety loop for the driveshaft protects you and your rider. This is what the standard frame looks like for cars built with the brake master cylinders mounted along the inside drivers side rail in front of the crossmember. We ship the driver's side front support tube so that you can install it if you would like once the master cylinder/booster is installed.
