Shipping, handling, and required insurance are included in the total shipping cost invoiced.  Shipping includes all costs that occur when shipping an item including secure packaging, packaging material, labor, pick-up fees, etc.
Please make sure you agree to these terms and the shipping prices before you bid.

We use Canada Post for most of our shipments.  Delivery time will vary - Canada and US shipments take 7-14 business days and international shipments approximately 2-3 weeks.  We will not be responsible for damaged items due to shipping.  Please contact courier directly.  Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

  Sales Taxes and Duties: United States (No Duties - No Taxes); Ontario (No Duties - GST & PST); Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, New Brunswick (No Duties - HST); Rest of Canada (No Duties - GST). Please note, shipments to destinations outside of Canada and the United States may be subject to import duties.

 Payment Processing Time: We make every effort to ship your order within two business days from the time that payment is received and verified. Please ensure that you read the following information to ensure we are able to ship your product as soon as possible.

 Defective items: Please inspect your purchase upon arrival and report any shipping damage to the carrier immediately. If your item is defective please contact us within seven days of receiving it to arrange for replacement. Special instructions will then be provided to you. All products being returned will require an RA number. Shipping product to us without the proper RA number will result in the package being refused and you will be liable for any costs, duties or taxes incurred. 

 Returns: In order to be able to provide the best possible prices on the products we offer we do not accept returns at this point in time.
