This listing is for a finely handcrafted custom primitive farmhouse frame. Each frame will be made out of a high quality Poplar wood. This is superior to the pine which is often found elsewhere.

We will add your choice of one of the following: mirror, chalkboard ,white marker board, or bulletin board! The choice is yours! You are the designer! You get to choose from the options below! The piece can be done either vertical or horizontally! You may also choose from a distressed or non distressed finish!  Each piece will be custom made to your specs!  We have sold hundreds of these on eBay with many happy customers! The standard size of these mirrors are :

VERTICAL: 35" high by 20" wide. The top is 23" wide.

HORIZONTAL: 25" high by 30" wide. The top is 33" wide. 

We have already pre-made some frames in our standard sizes! If you order a standard size we will have it ready to ship in about 10 days or less!

Want a different size? We can do one for you for the $99.00 price as long as it is our standard size or smaller. Turn around time on a custom size is usually 2-3 weeks. If you want a larger piece please email us for details.   

SPECIAL!!!! For a limited time we will do a 2 color piece at no extra charge! This means that we apply a base color of your choice, then put another color over the top of it. When distressed the base color will show! This gives the piece a very nice primitive look! Picture numbers four and five is a nice example of the 2 color option! They are country red over black and olde mustard over black. 

 We have 18 Milk Paint colors to choose from! There are 18 colors on our paint chart (see picture 6). In addition to the 18 colors we also can do one in antique metalic gold (not a milk paint), brownstone, or a sage green! These colors are not on the paint chart. If you would like us to send you a photo of any these colors on a actual piece please email us. We will send you photos of actual pieces we have made in the past with the colors you are interested in.

Each piece will  feature a shelf, 2 - 3  shaker pegs, solid mortise and tenon construction , a new mirror or chalkboard, beautiful cove mouldings, solid Poplar wood frame construction, and keyholes on the back for ease in hanging.

Each mirror will hand painted using our very high quality Olde Century Colors Simulated Milk Paints which we also offer for sale here on Ebay. 

CHOICES:

 INSERT: Choose from one of the following: Mirror / Chalkboard / White Marker Board / Bulletin Board

     INSERT SPECS:  Mirror (double paned 1/8" thick)  Chalkboard  (1/8" thick  non magnetic durable and very smooth board)  White Marker Board (1/8" thick whiteboard)  Bulletin Board ( 1/16" cork contact cemented to a piece of 1/4" plywood). 

    NOTE: If you order the chalkboard or marker board we will rout a groove in the shelf to hold chalk or markers. If you would like this feature on the mirrors or bulletin boards we will do it if requested.

VERTICAL OR HORIZONTAL:  You can have your frame done either vertical or horizontal!    

    The vertical mirror (picture 2) measures in at 35" high by 20" wide. The top is 23" wide and the shelf is 22" wide.

     The horizontal mirror (picture 3) is 25" high by 30" wide. The top is 33" wide and the shelf is 32"  wide.

COLOR: Choose from any of our 19 milk paint colors! There is 18 milk paint colors on the color chart shown on picture 6. We also have Metalic Gold, Browntone ( a chocolate brown), and a sage green available!

FINISH:  The mirror can be done in either a distressed antique finish or a non distressed finish!

      Distressed Antique Finish: The piece can be distressed and antiqued to different degrees! It can be lightly distressed ( the piece will look old but slightly worn), medium distressed ( the mirror pictured in this listing are medium distressed), or heavily distressed ( the piece will look very worn and / or beat up!). We can also add wormholes, chain marks etc.if requested!                                                                                                              

   The distressing process in no way damages the piece or the integrity of the construction!  Each distressed piece will be painted, the distressed to the degree requested and the sealed with our antiquing liquid. This both seals and protects the piece while giving it a beautiful authentic looking patina!  The antique finish does darken the color.

     Non Distressed Finish: The piece will simply be painted and then protected with a coat of our clear gel varnish. This seals and protects the piece and gives it a satin sheen.

SIZE: Our standard sizes are listed above. We can do a custom size frame for the same price as long as it is smaller than our standard size! If you need one large please email us with your spec!

 This ships UPS ground and insurance is included. It ships in a large box and must ship at the UPS Oversize rate 1. Due to the high cost of packing materials to safely pack each piece, we must include a  handling fee. We do not profit from shipping charges. You can calculate the total shipping cost at the bottom of this listing.
