A gorgeous silver Duchesse Satin La Fin de Siècle evening gown!

This gown is made from historic patterns and is hand crafted by me.
I am a fashion design graduate of New York City’s Fashion Institute of Technology.

DESCRIPTION

This utterly stunning La Fin de Siècle trained evening gown is made of wonderful silver Duchesse Satin with black silk dupioni sleeves!

The bodice is made of beautiful silver Duchesse Satin with black silk dupioni sleeves. There is a front drape of of black lace that has been beaded and sequined by me. There are three high-quality silk roses attached to the upper right-hand neckline. The roses are removeable for easy pressing and cleaning. The bodice is interlined with cotton twill and is fully lined. The sleeves are underlined with stiff netting. Closes down the centerback with sixteen, 16 ligne gunmetal buttons.

The front panel of the skirt is hand beaded and sequined by me. With black lace runners and a black lace decorated hem, this skirt is spotted with beautiful black organza butterflies. Fully lined and closes at the back with a steel hook and eye and a steel snap. A triangular godet is inserted at the back to create a beautiful train!

YOUR MEASUREMENTS

Send your bust, waist, length from under arm to waist and length from waist to floor.

Recommended accessories:
Black, Opera-length evening gloves and a black or silver necklace.

 If you would like an alternate color, please inform me. Many colors are available but supply is always shifting. Choose at least TWO other colors you'd like. All trims will remain black. Lace pattern may vary.

If the buttons seem daunting, you can choose to have the dress lace up through grommets at the center back [silver grommets and black, double-faced satin ribbon]
