POPEYE - NECK AND SHOULDERS HAVE BENDS AND HAVE BEEN REINFORCED ON BACK W/ INVISIBLE SCOTCH TAPE.  MISSING ONLY FURRY GLOVES FOR SCARECROW OUTFIT.
