This is a very interesting little Santa guy. I love the look. The Santa Claus suit is cloth. Santa's face looks to be a celluloid or plastic material. He is holding a tiny tree. There are logs in the fire place with a glossy paper in the back made to give the impression of a warm fire on the hearth.
The Santa is in good condition. He doesn't seem to have any damage. It does have some dampstaining on the fireplace base. He is a bit soiled just from sitting around for a very long time. I don't try to clean or restore this piece. I will leave that to the new owner. The piece is about 7" tall to the top of Santa's hat with a base of about 6 1/4" x 2 1/2".
