Ca. 1950s + Amberina Ruby Red Amber oil lamp & Chimney

Up for auction is a more modern flat wick oil or kerosene table lamp in Amberina Glass. Nice thick glass, more amber on the lamp bowl, more ruby red on the chimney, nicely banded and ribbed pattern. Believe the lamp is more modern, 1950s+, original burner is a P&A Thomaston so was made after the Naugatuck River Flood to the Waterbury Plant in 1955. Maker unknown, perhaps Fenton or L. E. Smith. Small lamp, measures about 9” tall to the top of the chimney, 2 ½” tall to the top of the No. 1 size collar, 3 ½” across the base. Great to pristine condition, was used about twice, no chips, cracks, or stains. Newer but quite beautiful Amberina Oil lamp for your collection or use around the home!! Terms for closing the sale.
