You are buying a nice replacement birth certificate and adoption application for your Cabbage Patch dolls. Pink for girls, blue for boys, and I am able to make twins birth certificates, usually yellow or whatever you prefer. I can also make Certificates for Cabbage Patch ponies. They will come with adoption application, birth certificate and  blue ribbon award. You choose name and date and I will make it up for you! These are designed by me and are printed on paper. They come to you in pink or blue envelopes,  accordingly.

  • The birth certificate says, "This certifies that (insert name here)was reborn on (insert date here) and is loved by ____."
  • There is also an Adoption Application. It says, "In front of someone else, raise your right hand and say:"I promise to love my kid, no matter what, with all my heart. I will always remember how special he/she is to me. This certifies that (insert name here) who was reborn on (insert date here), was adopted by ___ and now lives at ____. Signature of adopting parent_____Signature of witness____"
  • Both birth certificate and adoption application were designed by me for that added touch to make this little darling truely yours!
