Item must be returned in same condition as was recieved in original packaging. Must be postmarked no more than three business days after buyer recieved item. Refund will be for winning bid price only. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Yakima County, Washington for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
