Coffee from Café Nativo is harvested, carefully selected and processed by Puerto Rican hands with a deep respect for the Harmony of Nature. An elaboration process that benefits from the best of technology and a long coffee family tradition guarantees a perfect roast and grind for an unforgettable and unique tasting experience.

Since 1951, this coffee has been harvested and processed at Hacienda Mercedes in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico This hacienda is owned by the Giuliani Giorgi family, and located 3,525 feet above sea level. The altitude, soil and optimal year-round precipitation levels along with strict management and harvesting quality control ensures that this Coffee will have an unique and exceptionally good flavor, body and aroma. Cafe Nativo coffee beans are also harvested in farms located in the highlands of Jayuya owned by the Giuliani Rivera Family.

The Giuliani Giorgi family have an artisanal approach to Coffee processing, which in turn ensures consistent quality levels. All Café Nativo is immediately packaged after roasting and grinding to preserve its freshness and aroma. Its packaging is in compliance with what is considered standard for the level quality of a gourmet coffee.
