 You are looking at a six pound five ounce fleece from a purebred California Red ewe. It has a staple length of  six to seven inches is very soft and very fine and extremely nice to handle. There is a small amount of vegetable matter being some dry hay stems. This fleece has been lightly skirted - basically only belly wool , lower leg , upper neck fiber removed.
