When I turned 30, I realized I'd been gaining all my life, and if I continued at that rate, I would be a very large woman when I got old.  After this realization, I began dieting and exercising more often, but never lose more than a few pounds before hitting a plateau that I couldn't get past.  For the next several years I was able to maintain my weight without gaining more weight, but could never lose weight.  After a friend told me that calorad was the only thing that worked for her, I tried it.  I have now lost 25 pounds and am feeling much better about myself and my ability to loss the extra weight.  I still try to watch what I eat and develop better eating and exercising habits, but I have to admit, I am not very disciplined.  However, the weight loss encourages me to keep trying and not give up.
