This is a Cambron 2X Auto Teleconverter for the Olympus OM Mount series Cameras. The glass is clear and clean, also the barrel of the lens, the only wear I can see is the back of the bayonet mount from normal mounting on the metal ring ( this of course will not show when the adapter is mounted ) that will not effect the optics. Made in Japan
