Terms of Sale

The rules are simple

1) Ask questions before you bid.
2) Bid high and often.
3) If you win, pay for it.
4) Have fun before you die. Its no fun after, as far as I know!

Payment Terms

Philly Photo Supply sells and ships worldwide as long as the item is paid for in full, using an acceptable method of payment, regardless of nationality, class, race, creed, color, or sexual orientation. We are only limited by the import laws or postal regulations of the destination country. The rules below only apply to payments and are not a restriction on the ability to bid and buy. If you are a legitimate buyer, we WANT your business!

All items must be paid for in five days from end of auction unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept and prefer PayPal - the online payment system but we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Certified Checks and Money Orders.

Photo Philly Supply reserves the right to refuse certain types of payment if we feel it is in our best interests to do so. A buyer is still required to complete a transaction with some other mutually acceptable means of payment should we refuse to accept an invalid payment type. We cannot emphasize enough that these types of problems can all be avoided by asking questions before bidding.

PayPal over $70.00US

We will only accept PayPal payments from members that are PayPal Verified.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

When paying with PayPal,  we will only ship to a PayPal Verified Member at a PayPal CONFIRMED Address.

Outside the US,  this maybe a problem, since PayPal does not yet confirm all foreign addresses. In this case, we will accept PayPal based on the following conditions;

• PayPal Verified Member
• 25 or more transaction
• 95 % or better feedback.

If you don't have the above, please consider some other means of payment.

Credit Card Payments

We will only ship to the same address that the credit card is billed to. We will not ship credit card orders to third parties or relatives in another country.

Condition

Brand new and factory fresh.

Warranty

Warranty information is contained on or within the packaging of all products we sell, or will be provided upon request. We will gladly exchange any initially defective products within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, all claims under the factory warranty are with the original manufacturers or their agents in the US. Items must be returned post paid.
Philly Photo makes no claims or representations otherwise.

For Continental US shipments, we use UPS and U S Postal Service. FedEX is available upon request.

For non-US shipments we primarily use U S Postal Service, but will use UPS Worldwide or FedEX upon request. Some services are not available to countries that have a high incidence of lost packages.

WE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE MONEY ON SHIPPING!

We also shop on eBay and hate high shipping fees on small items and would not think of doing this to others. We charge a fair price over the actual shipping cost to cover our supplies and gas to and from the post office, UPS etc. 

We will try to give you a choice of cheap or fast shipping. We have not found any reliable company that is both fast and cheap! Either way, the choice is yours. Just remember that you get what you pay for! Cheap shipping equals long shipping times, most especially overseas.

Do not complain or leave feedback about slow shipping if that is what you paid for! Once the product is placed in the hands of the shipper, it is out of our control. Non US buyers should allow time for customs inspections, both in the US and abroad.

Notice-Non US Buyers

Most foreign countries impose a duty, customs charge or value added tax on items shipped from the US. Please check with YOUR postal or customs authorities to determine the amount and reporting requirements. We have a difficult time understanding our own tax system and we have absolutely no desire to figure out the customs of the 50 or so other countries we ship to. We accept no responsibility financially or legally for any customs, duty or VAT!

Many items shipped by Philly Photo Supply are packed in irregular sized containers. These items are not oversized by U S Postal Service standards, but are considered oversized by some foreign postal carriers and can incur additional handling charges upon final delivery. The size of these items sometimes prevents us from combining items into one order.
